Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of experience in fleet management, procurement, or transportation operations
- Strong knowledge of fleet economics and dedicated operations
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and procurement strategies
- Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Experience with fleet systems and telematics platforms
- Proven leadership experience in multi-site or national operations
