As a Patient Account Representative, you will file insurance claims, complete follow-up with the filing process, and communicate with patients, insurance companies, and staff to answer questions related to insurance claims. The position works from home after on-site training is complete and competency in DMOS processes is established. You will have excellent customer service skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and be able to present patient cases to physicians.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Working professional knowledge of the principles and practices of patient accounts and administration
- Excellent communication and typing skills
- Ability to think on your feet and multitask
- Indoor voice and confidentiality in handling patient information
