As a Patient Account Representative, you will file insurance claims, complete follow-up with the filing process, and apply/adjust payments for services. You will communicate with patients, insurance companies, and staff to answer any questions related to insurance claims filed.

- Be on the phone or sit at a desk for extended periods of time
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have a working professional knowledge of the principles and practices of patient accounts and administration
- Be an excellent communicator and presenter
- Have great typing and computer skills
- Be able to think on your feet and multitask
