Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative with 3+ years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record in lead generation and booking qualified meetings. In this fast-paced role, you will prospect, conduct outreach, and qualify opportunities for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Research and identify potential leads through networking and market analysis
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Prospect mid-market and enterprise accounts to generate high-value opportunities
- Maintain high activity levels to meet or exceed targets consistently
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies
- Track and report sales activities and pipeline progress timely
- Stay informed on industry trends and identify new business opportunities
- Represent the company at networking events and conferences
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in lead generation or appointment setting
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline building
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of software development services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
