We are seeking a mid-level Operations Associate to support the Director of Operations across multiple consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands within Pale Blue Dot’s fractional operations model. This role is ideal for an experienced operator who can work independently, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and execute with minimal oversight. You will work closely with the Director of Operations while operating day-to-day alongside client teams, vendors, fulfillment partners, and other operational stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong execution skills, responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to stay aligned with client business hours and operational needs. This position offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of CPG brands and provides the opportunity to become a trusted execution partner to senior operations leadership. Key Responsibilities Operations & Supply Chain Support
Support end-to-end logistics operations including inbound freight, outbound fulfillment, and 3PL coordination. Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and sales channels to maintain accuracy and availability. Assist with communication, performance monitoring, and issue resolution across vendors, co-packers, and fulfillment partners.
ERP & Data Management
Maintain and update ERP systems to ensure accurate inventory, BOMs, and transaction data. Support regular inventory reconciliations between physical stock, 3PL reports, and ERP records. Help document, refine, and improve SOPs related to ERP workflows and operational processes.
Demand Planning & Forecasting
Assist with demand planning and sales forecasting across multiple brands and product lines. Analyze historical sales trends and promotional data to support forecast accuracy. Identify risks related to stockouts, overproduction, and excess inventory.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Support multiple concurrent operational projects across different brands, timelines, and priorities. Track action items, timelines, and deliverables to ensure follow-through and execution. Prepare recurring and ad-hoc operational reports, summaries, and dashboards for leadership review.
Continuous Improvement
Identify operational inefficiencies, data gaps, or process breakdowns and propose actionable improvements. Support implementation of new tools, systems, and workflows as brands grow and scale.
