Job Description: We are looking for a Systems Administrator specialized in IT infrastructure to join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing our clients' technology. We seek a passionate individual with initiative who anticipates technical challenges and has a strong customer service focus, committed to maintaining the continuity and security of critical environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2/3 support and resolve infrastructure incidents
- Perform proactive and reactive actions based on monitoring systems
- Schedule and execute infrastructure updates
- Remediate infrastructure issues following audits
- Occasionally participate in infrastructure projects
- Document internal and client procedures
Reports to: Infrastructure Coordinator
Requirements:
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator
- Knowledge of the following technologies:
- Systems: Windows Server 2XXX, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Microsoft Cloud: M365 and Entra AD
- Virtualization (preferred): VMware vSphere
- Storage (preferred): NetApp ONTAP
- Backup solutions (preferred): Veeam Backup
- Network Switching (preferred): Cisco and Huawei Fortinet
- Firewalling & SD-WAN (preferred): Fortinet and Cisco Meraki
- Wi-Fi: Cisco Meraki
- Desktop and Application Virtualization (preferred): VMware Horizon (not highly relevant)
- Disaster Recovery (preferred): NetApp SnapMirror, Veeam, VMware Site Recovery Manager
- Monitoring (preferred): Zabbix
- Ability and willingness to continuously learn emerging technologies and new cybersecurity solutions
- English language skills: minimum technical English to open and follow vendor support cases. Intermediate to advanced English (B2/C1) is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, autonomy, and customer orientation
