We are seeking a Case Manager who will also handle intake tasks. This role involves answering incoming calls using a provided script, collecting and organizing client documents, and preparing cases once all required information is gathered. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth case management and client communication in a start-up environment.
Main Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and conduct partial intake using a provided script. Collect, organize, and maintain client documents. Prepare cases for attorney review once all documentation is complete. Utilize Best Case software for case management. Manage approximately 50–70 calls per month, depending on advertising volume. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely case progression. Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed.
