About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Content Producer to join our growing marketing team and help drive performance across a portfolio of emerging health and wellness brands.

This is a hands-on role focused on creating high-performing paid social content across Meta, with opportunities to expand into platforms like YouTube and TikTok.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Lead and Growth Marketing Lead to bring creative ideas to life, test them in the market, and continuously iterate based on performance.

You will be responsible for producing the content that powers our paid channels, influences customer acquisition, and shapes how our brands scale.

What You'll Own

  • Produce performance-driven content for paid social
    • Create short-form video and static assets designed to convert
    • Focus on Meta initially, with expansion into other platforms over time
  • Build a consistent creative pipeline
    • Deliver a steady volume of new content each week
    • Develop variations across hooks, formats, angles, and messaging
  • Iterate based on performance data
    • Work with the growth team to understand what is working and why
    • Continuously improve content based on results, not opinion
  • Own the end-to-end production process
    • Ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing-ready outputs
    • Work both behind the camera and on camera where required
  • Contribute to creative strategy
    • Bring ideas, formats, and trends into the business
    • Help shape how our brands show up across paid channels

What You’ll Need

  • 4-5 years experience: In paid social or performance content. Ideally in DTC, ecommerce, or digital-first brands
  • Strong understanding of what drives performance: Hooks, pacing, storytelling, CTAs, and platform-native formats
  • Confident video production and editing skills: Tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
  • Comfortable on camera: Able to present naturally in short-form video
  • High output, execution-first mindset: You enjoy producing, testing, and iterating quickly
  • Strong organisational skills: Able to manage multiple pieces of content at once
