Directive is a revenue-first marketing consultancy built to serve B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, industrial, and commerce brands. We're looking for a creative, curious, and ambitious designer who's excited to make their mark in performance-driven advertising.
Requirements
- Experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO
- 1 year experience with motion graphics
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping, and experience designing for performance-driven campaign
- Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.
