This is a remote position.

Digita Global Marketing Ltd. (DGM) is a full-service communications (creative, advertising, marketing) agency, based in Kingston, Jamaica. Our vision is to inspire innovation and incubate creativity in the global media, technology and advertising landscapes.

Roles & Responsibilities

    Communicate effectively with CEO and Business Development Lead

    Support the Business Development Lead in executing and tracking outreach campaigns and business development activities.

    Maintain and update the customer relationship management system (CRM), ensuring accurate and current records.

    Conduct market research and assist in identifying new lead sources and partnership opportunities.

    Generate sales and marketing reports, highlighting KPIs and identifying trends.

    Support the intake process for new leads and assist in coordinating follow-ups and proposal submissions.

    Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment between growth strategies and campaigns.

    Monitor customer accounts and assist in ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.

    Assist in the organisation of client-facing presentations and internal reports.

    Contribute to improving internal processes for lead management and sales conversion.

    Provide administrative and logistical support for sales initiatives, training, and events.

Requirements

Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, communication, or a related field.

    2–3 years’ experience in a marketing, sales, or business development environment.

    Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.

    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

    Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

  • Creativity- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that memorize, engage, inform and motivate.
  • Adaptability- The ability to think like a consumer, a marketing manager and beyond and put yourself in the shoes of your target audience. An attitude that embraces change and a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills -An ability to manage customer and stakeholder relationships. This role requires constant interaction with potential and current customers on an ongoing basis, so the ideal candidate must have extensive experience and knowledge in customer communication and interaction.
  • A Knack for Sales -An ability to "sell a refrigerator to an Eskimo."
  • Sales Mastery- A methodological process for ensuring repeatable sales success.
  • Budgeting & Parsimonious use of Resources- The capacity to keep projects and clients on track with established budgets and enhance agency profitability.
  • Forecasting -The ability to recognize patterns in digital marketing and our business to ascertain what the future may look like and to plan, maneuver and adapt for this future to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. Help Digita stay one step ahead.
  • Project Management -Coordinate and oversee the management of varied components of campaigns and projects within time-bound targets, ensuring delivery.
  • Innovation -An ability to innovate and build on existing processes to ensure efficiency, profitability and viability.
  • Strong presentation skills -This role requires you to make presentations both to the team you will lead, senior management and to customers and leads. An ability to work autonomously and as part of a growth management team.
