Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their growing team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organising, and analysing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. You will work closely with their clients to understand their data needs and develop strategies for data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organise, and analyse large sets of data from various sources
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems
• Identify patterns and trends in data and provide insights to support decision-making processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Create reports and visualisations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques and tools
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security at all times

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus

This is a full-time, permanent remote position from anywhere based in NZ.
