Do you like barbecuing at home? Do you enjoy inviting people over to enjoy your barbecue creations? Then this is the job for you. As a pit master you'll be the first person our guests interact with as they come to the restaurant. You are responsible for trimming, seasoning and smoking all of our meats, ranging from chicken to pork butt to beef brisket. You'll also be in charge of our block area, where your main job will be to carve our meats to order while maintaining our standards of service and sanitation.
