The Event Marketing Specialist will play a key role in shaping and disseminating content on multiple social media platforms, assisting the events team with campaign execution, and providing support in content creation.

Requirements

• Create and distribute engaging content regularly, focusing on events to boost engagement.
• Compile and send out weekly and monthly newsletters featuring updates and lead generation.
• Manage and create engaging content for our social media accounts using Canva.
• Assist in daily marketing tasks, including updating websites and social media pages, and help organize major events like galas and golf tournaments.
• Engage actively in organizational events, including golf tournaments and gala preparation.
• Contribute to securing sponsorships and making outreach efforts for fundraising.
• Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, mail outreach, phone follow-ups, invoicing, photocopying, and other project-related duties.
