About Us:
We are a fast-growing UK-based cleaning company committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Recruiter you’ll be responsible for finding, contacting, and onboarding cleaners across the UK.

You’ll work closely with the operations team to keep candidate data accurate, manage communications, and assist with queries and hiring needs at short notice, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact candidates via phone and conduct short interviews.

• Maintain online candidate records.

• Keep Excel sheets and records accurate and up to date (data capturing).

• Manage emails and calendars using Outlook.

• Provide general admin support to the recruitment team.

• Answer overflow calls and take detailed messages.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: R7,500 per month

• 40 days paid leave per year

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or recruitment.

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Comfortable speaking to people on the phone.

• Confident using Outlook, Excel, and data-capturing tools.

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

• Organised, reliable, and eager to learn.

• Self-motivated and able to meet daily and weekly targets.

• Have your own computer/laptop and reliable internet connection.
