A well-established UK-based digital agency is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join its growing finance team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial processes run smoothly while supporting a dynamic, fully remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain accurate financial data.
Prepare and process supplier invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank accounts and verify balances.
Upload and manage financial documents in our accounting system.
Chase overdue invoices and handle supplier communications.
Assist with expense reports and documentation checks.
Use Excel to compile and analyse financial data.
Support with filing, record-keeping, and general administrative duties.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: R6,500 – R8,000 per month
40 days of paid leave annually

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounts, or admin.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
Strong Excel and Office skills; Xero experience is advantageous.
Detail-oriented with strong organisation and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote team.
Good communicator and adaptable team player.
