Localization Coordinator, Subtitling

We are seeking a Localization Coordinator, Subtitling to oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle of subtitling projects, with a focus on attention to detail, great organizational skills, and a passion for communication.

Requirements

• Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle of subtitling projects
• Create detailed Plan of Action and communicate project information to external linguists/vendors and internal stakeholders
• Update work trackers to ensure accurate status of projects
• Perform secondary sync check and asset check on scripts provided
• Responsible for resolving all payments monthly
• Coordinate redeliveries and rejections, and propose solutions to meet KPI targets
