United States onlyThe Senior Legal Analyst supports the Legal Department by assisting attorneys with complex legal matters related to insurance and healthcare, including legal research, contract review, and operational guidance.
Requirements
- Provide legal support, analysis, and insight to attorneys
- Manage time-sensitive projects such as legal research, contract review, and legislative monitoring
- Serve as liaison to outside counsel, coordinating documents, communications, and knowledge-sharing
- Research statutes, regulations, and case law to identify requirements and issues
- Manage key Legal Department processes, including RFPs, contract review, client guidance, and internal knowledge management/education initiatives
- Develop and oversee document production, tracking, and review systems for complex contracts
- Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices in case management, document production, and review
- Independently manage routine legal tasks and provide regular status updates to attorneys and other stakeholders
- Act as the initial point of escalation for significant issues raised by legal staff
