Creative Digital Designer

We’re seeking a Creative Digital Designer to help elevate Deciphex’s digital brand presence and enable fast, high-quality creative execution across Diagnexia, Patholytix, Diagnexia Analytix and Deciphex corporate channels.

Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain web pages and microsites across Deciphex brands (WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS).
• Create and update high-converting landing pages integrated with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools.
• Ensure all pages are SEO-optimised, responsive, and visually aligned with brand standards.
• Manage basic hosting tasks (redirects, DNS updates, domain setup) and liaise with IT where needed.
• Develop reusable templates and design systems to accelerate campaign delivery.
• Monitor and report on page performance and recommend improvements to UX and conversion.
• Develop digital assets for social, email, and campaign use (graphics, banners, infographics, motion snippets).
• Create and update brochures, event visuals, and branded templates in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and business units.
• Translate complex technical and scientific concepts into clear, engaging design.
• Contribute to creative reviews and help evolve brand aesthetics as we grow internationally.
• Work closely with General Marketing, Demand Generation, and Content teams to deliver digital campaigns from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with developers or external vendors when needed, ensuring seamless implementation.
• Manage priorities across multiple projects with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Bring fresh ideas and continuously improve how design and digital assets are produced across the organisation.
