Job Description
DDN is looking for an Implementation Architect for our Professional Services team. Ensure smooth technical alignment and delivery readiness between Pre-Sales and Professional Services. Translate validated customer designs into executable delivery architectures.
Core Responsibilities:
- Review solution designs for delivery feasibility and risk.
- 10+ years of experience
- Translate solution architecture into detailed implementation plans and SOWs.
- Define configuration standards, deployment templates, and integration models.
- Lead internal handoff between Pre-Sales and Professional Services.
- Support Professional Services during early-stage deployments as design authority.
- Capture lessons learned and feed them back into Pre-Sales templates.
- Maintain governance across solution lifecycle from design through acceptance.
