The Home-Based Merchandiser serves as an operational partner to the Lead Merchandiser, ensuring product information, costing, and setup details are accurate and complete. They will suggest items based on customer requests, update pricing on program items, and source potential customers' existing items using their provided Request for Pricing (RFP).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, retail merchandising, or product sourcing.
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
- Experience with industry platforms such as ESP+ by ASI, SAGE (Promotional Product Software) preferred
