DCX Client Services – Home-Based Logistics Specialist
The Logistics Specialist will report to a Supply Chain & Operations organization and play a critical role in supporting the company’s mission of delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing order logistics, shipment coordination, freight communication, and post-shipment resolution while ensuring efficient and accurate supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication and analytical skills. This role works closely with warehouse teams, carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure inbound and outbound shipments move efficiently and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Logistics & Shipment Coordination
- Coordinate and manage inbound international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and overseas vendors.
- Track shipments from origin to destination and proactively resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation including:
- Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Packing lists
- Commercial invoices
- Ensure compliance with international shipping and customs documentation requirements.
- Coordinate transportation planning by selecting optimal shipping methods and carriers.
- Monitor outbound shipment performance in partnership with warehouse and third-party logistics providers.
Operational & Supply Chain Support
- Oversee order entry responsibilities and shipping paperwork preparation.
- Serve as the primary point of communication with the shipping and warehouse teams.
- Work cross-functionally to maximize OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
- Oversee post-shipment issue resolution and customer shipment concerns.
- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and audit-ready documentation.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and monitor KPIs and logistics performance metrics.
- Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development of reports and dashboards related to supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance teams to improve workflows and logistics processes.
- Support special projects and ad hoc operational initiatives as needed.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Communications, or related field preferred.
Experience:
3–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, order management, or related operational support roles.
Language Proficiency:
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Working Schedule:
Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. operating hours.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Strong data entry and reporting skills
- Experience with logistics platforms, shipping systems, CRM tools, or ticketing systems preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support platforms is a plus
Industry-Specific Knowledge:
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, warehousing, furniture, or supply chain operations is preferred
- Understanding of shipping documentation and freight coordination is a plus
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to professionally manage inquiries and escalations
WHAT WE OFFER
- Salary Range: PHP 62,000
