The DCX Client Services – Home Based IT Systems Support Administrator will work as a full-time employee for a growing U.S.-based company. This role supports the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of end-user technology and cloud collaboration services, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint support.

You will work closely with the client’s Director of Business Systems and Infrastructure, following established processes while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role balances hands-on service desk support with higher-level systems administration.

The daily tasks will vary, so flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are critical. Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong technical judgment, and a customer-first mindset.

Programs & Platforms Used

  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)

  • Microsoft Intune & Autopilot

  • Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA

  • Apple Business Manager

  • ITSM / Ticketing systems

  • Endpoint security and device management tools

  • PowerShell (basic administration and troubleshooting)

Daily Responsibilities

  • Resolve ITSM tickets and provide Tier 2/3 technical support for end users

  • Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals

  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 application issues

  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive

  • Manage identity, access, and security using Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access

  • Administer Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Apple Business Manager for Windows and iOS devices

  • Enforce endpoint security controls and assist with vulnerability remediation

  • Assist users in identifying and responding to potential security incidents

  • Support basic LAN/WAN/VPN and wireless troubleshooting, escalating when required

  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases

  • Assist with audits, security reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Provide user guidance and training as needed

Additional Job Requirements

Experience:

  • 3–6 years of overall IT experience in IT operations, help desk, or infrastructure support

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive

  • Experience managing Windows and iOS devices using Intune

  • Experience supporting identity and access management in Entra ID

  • Basic PowerShell scripting for administration and troubleshooting

  • Solid understanding of endpoint management and MDM concepts

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN/VPN); Unifi experience a plus

  • Familiarity with NIST security concepts

  • Microsoft certifications (M365, Identity & Access, Endpoint, Azure Fundamentals)

  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent foundational certification

Role Details

  • Training Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

  • Shift Hours: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM CST (USA)

  • Work Days: Monday to Friday (USA)

  • Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home (Philippines)

  • Written and Spoken English: Very Proficient

  • Salary Range: PHP 60,000 to 70,000
