Job Description
The Home-Based Full Stack Developer (E-Commerce) will be an integral part of supporting, configuring, and optimizing client-specific B2B and B2C e-commerce storefronts. This role focuses on storefront customization, workflow automation, and cross-platform integrations rather than greenfield software development.
A strong background in e-commerce operations, front-end fundamentals, structured data, and low-code tools will provide the basis for success. You will work closely with U.S.-based teams to translate business requirements into accurate technical configurations while ensuring reliability, quality, and scalability of storefront solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of e-commerce storefronts using platforms such as Four51 / OrderCloud or similar.
Modify and maintain existing front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend configurations to support client workflows and business requirements.
Provide day-to-day technical support for internal teams, including troubleshooting data issues, workflow errors, automation failures, and storefront behavior.
Translate business requirements into accurate technical configurations and platform solutions.
Support data flows and integrations between e-commerce platforms, spreadsheets, CRMs, APIs, and analytics systems.
Conduct quality assurance and testing on storefront changes, workflows, and product configurations to ensure expected behavior prior to release.
Validate cross-browser compatibility and adherence to established SOPs.
Collaborate with U.S.-based developers, project managers, and account teams to fulfill technical requests and meet SLAs.
Assist in creating and maintaining documentation and SOPs to improve internal consistency and scalability.
Proactively manage assigned tasks, communicate progress, and escalate blockers when necessary.
Demonstrate strong integrity, dependability, attention to detail, and a continuous learning mindset.
Performs tasks analogous to the foregoing.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, Business Management, or any related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
At least 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, web production, platform configuration, or similar roles.
Experience working with e-commerce storefront platforms (OrderCloud, Four51, or comparable systems).
Language Proficiency:
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Technical Skills:
Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for editing and troubleshooting storefront themes.
Strong understanding of JSON/XML for data payloads and configurations.
Experience working with REST APIs (reading documentation, sending requests, troubleshooting).
Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot basics, data cleaning).
Familiarity with low-/no-code automation tools such as Zapier or Workato.
Experience with form platforms (Cognito Forms, Jotform, Formfill, or similar).
Experience using task or project management tools such as Asana.
Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge:
Experience in e-commerce, print, promotional products, or apparel data is a plus.
Exposure to SSO, token-based authentication, or PunchOut integrations (Ariba, Coupa, Zycus) is preferred but not required.

Salary Range: PHP 85,000.00 – PHP 100,000.00
