The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Accelerator Operations Admin is to assist with both candidate recruitment and Accelerator program operations. This role will manage candidate data, track recruiting activities, coordinate event logistics, and support onboarding processes. You will help maintain timelines, prepare program materials, arrange travel, and ensure smooth communication between Fellows, mentors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys collaborating to deliver exceptional program experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Recruiting Activities
Contact and Candidate Information Management
Add potential candidates to Airtable
Name, Email, LinkedIn, Metro Area
Track nomination submissions from email/Slack correspondence into Airtable database system (from the community nomination campaign and Venture Partners like Jeff and Mel)
Update Venture Information including:
URL, Program (if NP or Business for Global programs)
Coordinate hotel bookings for recruiting events
Accelerator Program Activities
Update Asana projects with new timelines (ie: Global recruiting timeline)
Updating the recruiting timeline in word documents with correct dates for each program
Support onboarding activities, including building out Fellows profiles and company information in Airtable
Confirm dietary restrictions/allergens for all event attendees
Update Notion scripts and agendas with current year information (such as speakers, dates, times, etc)
Manage and track communications between Mentors and update Airtable with information (dates, status, etc)
Send calendar holds for key events
Track and follow up on all Fellows' deliverables throughout the program, including but not limited to:
Updated the Company Bio and deck for each event
Travel information
Prepare travel plans for mentors, including booking cars and shuttles for events
Support the team by preparing the first draft of rooming assignments for Accelerator events for both mentors and Fellows
Preparing the initial draft (V1) of virtual event scripts
Supporting "Rest & Renewal" requests by coordinating between Founders and property owners to facilitate successful bookings
Compiling and organizing Founder requests into a Digest Newsletter draft on a bi-monthly basis
Accelerator Communication Activities
Update email templates with correct dates and locations for each program email - including but not limited to: each program’s 9-month comms, application comms (ie: emails to MG, T12, T20, etc), portfolio offerings
Portfolio Services Activities
Set up Zoom calendar invites for Primers
Track portfolio offering information, like primer attendance, in AirTable
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience in recruitment coordination, program support, or event operations.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in tools such as Airtable, Asana, Notion, and Google Workspace; familiarity with Slack preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and program materials.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
