Job Description

Daysheets is seeking a highly skilled Travel Agent to coordinate complex travel arrangements for major musical artists and their teams. As part of our travel operations team, you will leverage your expertise to ensure seamless logistics, including flights, hotels, private jets, and ground transfers for large groups. A deep understanding of Sabre and experience managing the unique demands of worldwide tours are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Travel Management: Coordinate commercial and private flights, group accommodations, and ground transfers for artists, crew, and staff.

• Sabre Proficiency: Use Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) to book and manage intricate travel itineraries.

• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for artists and their management teams, delivering personalized and professional service.

• Hotel Negotiations: Secure accommodations tailored to the specific needs of large groups while optimizing cost and convenience.

• Ground Logistics: Arrange transportation solutions, including luxury vehicles, buses, and other specialized options for seamless travel experiences.

• Problem Solving: Resolve last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies quickly and effectively.

• Budget Management: Work within budget constraints while maintaining exceptional quality in travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years coordinating travel for high-profile musical artists or similar clients, particularly on worldwide tours.

• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Sabre (required).

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the logistics and unique requirements of the entertainment and touring industries.

• Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex schedules.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate global time zones and last-minute needs.
