- Minimum 4+ years of Australian public practice tax experience
- Strong background in Business Services and Tax
- Ability to complete jobs independently and accurately
- Experience with Xero & Hubdoc, Xero Tax, QuickBooks / MYOB, Xero Practice Manager, SuiteFiles (highly preferred)
- Confident using ATO portals
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Eeffective time management and ability to meet deadlines
