Requirements
- Proven experience in architectural drafting or BIM production (NZ residential experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential)
- Solid understanding of NZS 3604, NZ Building Code, and consent documentation processes
- Ability to independently produce accurate, coordinated, and buildable drawings
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
