Corporate Counsel (Part-Time)

Cynosure Lutronic is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join their growing legal team. The role involves supporting the company's expanding commercial and corporate functions, negotiating commercial agreements, and maintaining compliance with laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business objectives and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Member in good standing of at least one state bar (Massachusetts preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience, with law firm experience (mix of law firm and in-house experience preferred)
• Experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
