Social Media Manager

Location: Remote
Time zone: EU / UK time zones preferred (min. 3 hours overlap required)
Contract: Full-time, B2B or Independent Contractor Agreement
Salary: 3.000-4000$/month GROSS + monthly bonuses

The company is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager who combines his marketing experience with our creator-management-expertise. This role demands a team player who can follow and elevate our proven strategies, optimize funnels and manage client relationships with a top-tier quality standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a cutting-edge social media strategy based on your experience, the clients interests and skillset as well as our proven systems.
Create unique ideas that cut the edge compared to the average creator in terms of the idea itself, the visuals, and the authenticity.
Analyze and optimize your clients videos and accounts consistently to not only improve performance, conversion and results, but also to build a thriving community.
Communicate closely with your clients to ensure that we are on the same path.
Be ahead of the market look for new opportunities to grow the brands of our creators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Background in social media marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce growth;
Confident with TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter/X, Xiaohongshu;
Experience in paid ads & performance funnels (Meta, TikTok);
Strong understanding of branding, community building & conversions;
Creative, hands-on, KPI-driven;
Fluent in English (any Asian language like Chinese, Japanese, Korean is a plus);
Willingness to travel & flexibility;
Comfortable working in a NSFW/Adult-content environment.

Nice to Have / Preferred Skills:
Experience in copywriting;
Experience in video editing;
Experience in media buying.
