Requirements
- Monitor and support clinic function during daytime hours
- Identify patient treatment gaps and collaborate with clinical leadership
- Track operational metrics, workflows, and service levels
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Manage and maintain clinical schedules across clinician types
- Adjust schedules as needed
- Conduct regular schedule reviews
- Coordinate with provider operations
- Monitor and report issues with key performance indicators
- Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with provider operations, medical leadership, and support staff
- Actively participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
