We're looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our international team working fully remotely from anywhere in Greece. The role involves supporting customers via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and requires a C1/C2 level of proficiency in Dutch and B2 level or higher in English.
Requirements
- Dutch proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
