The successful candidate will work remotely within the US, handling phone calls with payers to schedule Peer to Peer calls, and documenting information in the company's proprietary system. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Call center experience
- Understanding of denials processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial/Managed Care product lines
- Prior experience of accessing hospital EMR's and Payer Portals
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
