The Role
We need an engineer who ships. Not someone who talks about architecture for weeks. Our stack is Django + Next.js with Stripe, HubSpot, and insurance carrier integrations.
What You Will Do
Build and ship features across Django backend and Next.js customer portal
Integrate with Stripe payments, HubSpot CRM, insurance carrier APIs
Fix bugs fast. Same-day root cause and patch.
Own features end-to-end from requirement to deployment.
Work directly with leadership on priorities.
Who You Are
You have built and shipped projects yourself. Full things that work.
You move fast. Ship working code and iterate.
Comfortable across the stack.
Django and/or Next.js experience strongly preferred.
You solve problems, not just implement tickets.
