This Owners Representative position will entail oversight of the entire preconstruction and construction process, to both manage construction risks and assist partner developers in the design and development process.
Requirements
- Ten to fifteen years' experience in design/build and construction management of multi-family, commercial, and industrial/warehouse projects.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related field.
- Excellent writing and verbal skills coupled with excellent presentation skills.
- Advanced computer ability with word processing, spreadsheet and scheduling software.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Proven management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people/personalities and diverse disciplines.
- 50%+ travel required.
