We are seeking a Construction Services Assistant Vice President with experience in design/build and building construction projects. This Owners Representative position will entail oversight of the entire preconstruction and construction process, to both manage construction risks and assist partner developers in the design and development process.
Requirements
- Ten to fifteen years' experience in design/build and construction management of multi-family, commercial, and industrial/warehouse projects.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related field.
- Excellent writing and verbal skills coupled with excellent presentation skills.
- Advanced computer ability with word processing, spreadsheet and scheduling software.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Proven management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people/personalities and diverse disciplines.
- 50%+ travel required.
