Practice/Department: Integration Position Title: Technical Delivery Lead Position Location: Remote Reports to: VP, Global Integrations
Job Summary:
The Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for owning the technical delivery, integration alignment, and cross system dependencies across Pellera’s enterprise platforms. This role ensures that business requirements are translated into executable technical outcomes and delivered in a scalable, supportable manner. This is a hands on delivery leadership role, not a people management role. - Ensure integrations are designed and delivered in a way that is scalable, secure, and supportable.

- Ensure requirements are well defined, traceable, and aligned to delivery timelines.

- Call out risks and dependencies early with clear mitigation options.
- Ensure impacts across ERP, Q2C, eCommerce, and reporting are understood and managed.
- Support governance forums with clear, impact based updates.
Delivery Planning & Execution
- Build and maintain integrated delivery plans spanning multiple platforms and vendors.
- Work closely with internal IT teams, external vendors, and system integrators.
- Ensure delivery aligns with agreed architecture, integration standards, and enterprise patterns.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Operate as an embedded delivery partner within IT and enterprise systems teams—not as a coordinator.
- Support functional leaders by translating technical constraints into business level implications.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ethical and Critical Thinking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

◦ Strong working knowledge of:
♣ Salesforce ♣ NetSuite ERP ♣ Integration platforms (Boomi or equivalent iPaaS) ♣ eCommerce platforms ♣ CLM systems ♣ APIs, middleware, and data integration patterns

- Delivery & Analysis Skills
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, hybrid).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans.
- Experience managing dependencies across concurrent programs and vendors.
Education and Experience:
• 8+ years experience across:
