Founding Engineer

Gravity is seeking a Founding Engineer to build and scale their contextual advertising network for AI chat. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to impact key technical decisions. The company is a rapidly growing advertising network for AI chat, recently reaching 16M users and $500M/year. The position is remote initially and plans to move to an office in San Francisco.

Requirements

• Solving problems with the end user in mind
• Full-stack development experience
• Strong problem-solving ability in ambiguous technical/product areas
• Experience building and scaling distributed systems
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI infrastructure
• Proven track record of ownership and autonomous execution
• Strong communication skills
