What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Adobe InDesign and MS Office Tools proficiency
- Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye towards sales messaging, themes, proposal aesthetics, quality, and content
- Experience with RFPs, RFIs and preparing tender and bid
- Experience with direct client communication
- Experience in architecture, engineering, or contracting firms with similar bid management roles is preferred.
What will you do?
- Responding to RFIs and RFPs by deadline
- Build reusable assets such as proposal templates/pricing models/approaches etc. to cut short the cycle time/effort of building response
- Prepare project pricing
- Manage the Bid/lead tracker and assess win rate
- Manage the Bid/lead tracker and assess win rate
- Review all incoming RFPs and determeine which services are required
- Reach out to relevant sub consltants for pricing as necessary
