Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 5 years Australian Civil or Structures experience
- Must have experience using Bluebeam
- Experience using Microsoft suite
- Flexible on office arrangements
Nice to Have:
- Experience using Expert Estimator or similar Estimating software
What will you do?
- Review tender documents
- Manage quantity take-off process and prepare Bill of Quantities as required
- Oversee project specific teams and lead complex tender bids
- Seek best value delivery methodology to gain competitive advantage over competitors
- Prepare and coordinate the completion of tender schedules with the Pre Contracts Coordinator
- Provide training and support for Junior Estimators
- Manage quantity take-off process and ensure compliance (2D and 3D)
- Liaise with the Commercial Manager regarding Contract Risks.
- Seek client feedback – tender debrief
- Attend monthly meetings with the Estimating Manager and Estimating Director to identify department improvements.
