About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a Senior Agile Software Developer to support a federal client and help sustain, maintain, operate, and modify/enhance their system.

What you'll do

• Develop software changes to client systems.
• Support implementation of client policies and Agile processes.
• Take responsibility for estimating, planning and managing own tasks and reporting progress.
• Collaborate closely with all team members.
• Take shared responsibility for the overall efforts committed by the team.
• Take responsibility for the quality of the software produced.
• Use version control to version your code and documentation.
• Support assessment of software changes including impact analysis and level of efforts across the SDLC.

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Ability to pass National Agency Check with Law Enforcement and Credit (NACLC) or equivalent.
• 8+ years software development experience
• 1+ year of Agile experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Proficiency in Java (Struts, Tomcat) and .NET (IIS, .C++NET Core, C#, ASP.NET)
• Experience with Relational Databases (Oracle 19C+, SQL Server 2019+)
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Kendo REACT)
• Experience with source control (TFS, Bitbucket, Git)
• Experience with Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture
• Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
• Must be a creative thinker who can work well on a team
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
• Experience with AF Logistics application

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, Elastic Container Services like Docker container applications)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Arcturus)
• Experience working with Air Force Systems sustainment policies and processes
• WSMIS application experience
• Security+ Certificate
• Active Secret Clearance
