Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in sales, preferably in the public sector or in large customer business.
- Deep understanding of market mechanisms, decision-making structures, and procurement processes in the target customer segment.
- Proven success in developing and implementing sales strategies as well as closing complex deals.
- Ideally, experience in handling public procurement procedures and tenders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivation skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and high result-oriented thinking.
- In-depth knowledge of digitalization technologies such as cloud, low-code platforms, artificial intelligence, and data management.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high level of initiative, and convincing presentation skills.
