Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of Emerging Client Success and directly support the clients of the Community Boost Accelerator Program.
- Offer expert guidance and personalized support to nonprofit Accelerator members, helping them understand and optimize marketing channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email, Landing Pages, Analytics, and more.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with Accelerator members.
- Facilitate productive discussions, encourage mutual learning while building an engaged community.
- Conduct weekly marketing office hours to answer members' questions and provide solutions to channel-specific issues or concerns. Be readily accessible and responsive to members' needs.
- Conduct thorough onboarding calls with all new members, familiarizing them with our program and its resources.
- Collaborate with members to build out their marketing strategies based on their goals and vision.
- Provide strategic direction and feedback to ensure their success.
- Responsible for providing a great client experience to drive client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in nonprofit digital marketing, with exposure to:
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, including contact management, email campaigns, and reporting.
- Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and coaching others, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor messaging for diverse audiences
