Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and functional spaces for our clients, and we are looking for a Virtual Site Scheduler to join our growing team.Position Overview:As a Virtual Site Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating and scheduling all aspects of our construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from home while still being an integral part of our team.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software- Coordinate with project managers to understand project scope, timelines, and resource requirements- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure timely project completion- Communicate with contractors and vendors to confirm availability and schedule work- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and clients- Anticipate potential delays and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track- Review and analyze project schedules to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency- Collaborate with team members to ensure all project schedules align with overall company goals and objectives- Participate in project meetings to provide scheduling updates and address any scheduling-related issues- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to project scheduling- Other duties as assigned by managementQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the construction industry- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and remotely while still being a team player- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines- Positive attitude and strong work ethicWe Offer:- Competitive salary- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) retirement plan with company match- Paid time off and holidays- Remote work flexibility- Opportunities for growth and development within the companyIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction and project scheduling, we want to hear from you!
