Requirements
- Education as a trained pharmaceutical reference or scientific education (ideally university degree)
- 3-5 years of work experience as a successful pharmaceutical reference in hemato-oncology
- The ability and knowledge to advise oncological customers on health policy issues
- Experiences and successes with 'Account-based Selling'
- A clear understanding of value-based selling and excellent sales skills in this area
- Willingness to develop and implement new access opportunities over multiple channels
- Excellent collaboration and proven ability to achieve results with different teams
- High flexibility and solution-orientedness
- Team skills (We > I)
- Outstanding strategic, analytical, and creative thinking
- Proven skills for self-responsibility
