About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Java Developer to join our growing
engineering team. As a core member of our development group, you will have the
opportunity to work on a variety of exciting, high-stakes projects that push the boundaries of
technology. From designing scalable applications to optimizing existing systems, you’ll play a

What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)
- Design and develop high-performance, low-latency Java microservices
- Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle
- Ensure clean code practices: TDD, performance, and security
- Collaborate with distributed technical teams and participate in architecture reviews
- Support automation of testing, deployment, and monitoring processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a backend developer
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring/Spring Boot
- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and relational databases (SQL,
JPA/Hibernate)
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker and cloud deployments (preferably AWS)
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Experience in financial industry projects
- Understanding of event-driven architectures or messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
