Job Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a fully remote parent training role. In this position, you will provide parent training and caregiver support services for families of children receiving ABA services. This role is ideal for a BCBA seeking flexibility, autonomy, and a manageable caseload without the demands of in-clinic supervision.
Candidates credentialed with TMHP are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
Conduct parent training sessions via telehealth
Complete behavioral assessments and treatment recommendations as needed
Develop individualized treatment goals and caregiver strategies
Provide coaching and support to caregivers using evidence-based ABA practices
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Manage your own schedule and caseload responsibilities
Adhere to all ethical, payer, and licensing standards
Qualifications
Current and unrestricted BCBA certification
Texas licensure (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure
TMHP credentialing preferred
Previous ABA and caregiver training experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
CPR/BLS certification preferred
Compensation
Hourly rate: $45–70/hour depending on experience and credentialing status
Flexible scheduling with the ability to set your own availability
