Senior Project Manager (Sustainability)

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Sustainability) to join their Project and Development Services team in Taipei, Taiwan, China. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sustainability projects, ensuring compliance with green building certifications, and leading project teams. The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management, energy efficiency, design, or construction project management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management, energy efficiency, design, or construction project management
• Understanding of technical requirements for Sustainability design and LEED and WELL certification
• Degree or above in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or related field
• LEED AP, WELL AP and/or Fitwel Ambassador experience preferred
• Experience with embodied carbon / sustainable material specification preferred
