Emergency Management Assistant Facilities Management

As an Emergency Management Assistant Facilities Manager, you will work closely with the Emergency Management Facilities Manager and Vendor Manager to develop sound working relationships with key client staff. Manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facilities.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business or 3 years + experience in facilities, property management, or related field
• Leadership skills and ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders to successfully deliver projects
• Has experience working in critical environments & facilities
• Knowledge of HS&E requirements
• Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
• Has an understanding of basic technical aspects of property
• An Australian Citizen
