Audit Lead- construction management

JLL is hiring an Audit Lead for their Project and Development Services team. The role involves running project audits, conducting period reviews of statutory compliances, and preparing management information reports. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in project audits in the construction sector and expertise in construction field - project management / construction management professional.

Requirements

• Relevant education background, degree in Architecture / Engineering, Post-graduation in Construction management / Project management or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in project audits in the construction sector
• Expertise in construction field - project management / construction management professional
• Sound knowledge and understanding of audit, construction contracts and local statutory regulations & laws
• Analytical and methodical with good analytical skills
• Proficient in project management software and other related tools
