• Configuring/building/customizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud application
• Designing, building, testing, and sending emails
• Understanding nurture program functionality
• Segmenting and analyzing prospect databases
• Reporting on marketing automation programs
• Performing testing and troubleshooting
• Assisting with data hygiene and system maintenance
• Preparing and importing lists into SFMC
• Providing recommendations on customer journey and communication best practices
